A computer of their own
Teammates use a real browser on your DeepCrew computer: they click, fill in forms and download what you need. When a site wants your password, they hand you the screen. You sign in, and they carry on. Logins stay saved.
Message them like colleagues. They research, write, keep your projects moving and work in a real browser on their own computer, which stays on while you're away. Bring your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
Each teammate has its own job, memory and skills. They answer in the chat with drafts, documents and numbers, and they keep working when you close the tab.
Teammates use a real browser on your DeepCrew computer: they click, fill in forms and download what you need. When a site wants your password, they hand you the screen. You sign in, and they carry on. Logins stay saved.
A teammate that needs an app asks in the chat. You tap Connect and sign in with your own account; it never sees your password or keys. Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook are coming during the beta.
Routines run on a schedule, once at a time you pick, or when another app calls them. Results land in the chat; a run with nothing new stays quiet.
Sending, paying, deleting: you decide with one tap, or set a rule once and stop being asked.
Teammates hand work to each other and share what they learn. Group chats and a task board show who's on what.
Each teammate keeps notes and learns your preferences, so you say things once. What they know is plain text you can read.
Add DeepCrew to your Home Screen. You get a notification when a teammate finishes or needs you, and none during your quiet hours.
Twenty ready-made teammates come with their instructions, skills and routines. Add one with a tap, or tell DeepCrew what you need: “Make me a teammate that chases late invoices.” A new teammate introduces itself and asks for the apps it needs. Teammates that live in your email and calendar, like Inbox Manager, need Gmail or Outlook: one-tap sign-in for those comes during the beta.
Builds a short morning brief from your calendar, inbox and the other teammates' work, picks the three things that matter today, and chases loose ends.
“What should I focus on today?”Sorts new email into needs you, waiting, read later and done, and drafts replies in your voice. It never sends, deletes or unsubscribes on its own.
“Triage my inbox”Answers hard questions from live sources and cites every claim with a link and a date. When sources disagree it shows both sides.
“Compare the top 3 CRMs for a 5-person team”Researches accounts, scores contacts on real buying signals and drafts emails in your voice. You wake up to a review list, and nothing sends without your yes.
“Research acme.com and draft a first email”Checks your competitors' pricing pages, changelogs and job posts on a schedule, and tells you only when something real changed, with the before and after.
“Start watching these 3 competitors”Finds receipts and invoices in your email, logs them in one expense sheet, and flags duplicates, odd charges and forgotten subscriptions.
“Which subscriptions am I paying for?”Sign up with your invite code, or join the waitlist. Then we set up a DeepCrew computer that's only yours, with every teammate and feature on it.
Use your own Claude or ChatGPT account, or an API key. The sign-in stays on your computer.
Say what you work on and DeepCrew suggests teammates. Connect your apps and give them a first job.
Teammates get what they need to do real work, and no more.
Your DeepCrew runs on a machine of its own. It isn't shared with anyone else.
You sign in to Claude or ChatGPT on your own computer. Your provider bills your usage, and the sign-in is kept on your computer, not on our servers.
App sign-ins and keys are sealed in your computer's vault. Teammates use your apps through DeepCrew, which adds the key for them and logs every call.
Risky actions wait for your OK. Allow some for good, block others, or pause a teammate at any time.
DeepCrew is licensed under the AGPL. The code goes public when DeepCrew launches: then you can read it, or run it on your own server for free.
Customer computers and our account server run in data centres in the European Union.
The computer and the teammates are on us during the private beta. You pay your AI provider for what your teammates use.
Everything, on a computer that's yours.
No payment details during the beta. Before it ends, we'll email you the plans and prices, and you decide whether to stay.
The same DeepCrew, on your own server, once the code is public.
DeepCrew runs Claude Code or Codex with your own Claude or ChatGPT account: a paid plan or an API key. Your provider bills that usage directly; we never resell it.
Yes, a private beta, and it's invite only. If you have an invite code, sign up with it; if not, join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's room. The beta is free; you still bring your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
Coming during the beta: one-tap Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook. Things may change or break along the way, so keep copies of anything important.
Services with their own one-tap sign-in, like Notion, Linear, Jira and Confluence, Stripe, Sentry, Airtable, Calendly, ClickUp and Trello; tools that need no sign-in, like web fetch and arXiv; and any website, through the browser on your DeepCrew computer. You can also add your own MCP servers, or your own Composio key for many more apps.
Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook are coming during the beta. Until then they need your own Composio key, or your own Google or Microsoft app (Settings shows the steps).
No. You tell a teammate what you need in a chat, the way you'd brief a new hire. It writes down how it will do the job, and you can read and change that like any document.
Tell DeepCrew what you work on and it suggests ready-made teammates for it, or describe one in a sentence and it's made on the spot. Add, rename, pause or remove teammates whenever you like.
A Claude or ChatGPT account, either a paid plan or an API key. You can connect both and choose per teammate. DeepCrew runs Claude Code or Codex on your computer with your own sign-in.
Not yet. DeepCrew works with Claude and ChatGPT today.
If you've connected both Claude and ChatGPT, your teammates carry on with the other one until your plan resets. A job that was cut off starts again there and first checks what it already did. With only one connected, they wait for the reset and tell you.
Yes, several at once on your computer. Your own messages always go first, and a teammate that's busy tells you what it's finishing and roughly how long it will take.
No. Teammates work on your DeepCrew computer in the cloud, which stays on. Open DeepCrew from any browser, or add it to your phone's Home Screen.
Sending, paying, deleting and other risky actions wait for your OK. Each teammate only reaches the apps you switch on for it, has a daily limit on the work it starts by itself, and can be paused at any time. Everything it does is in its activity log.
Your chats, files and teammates' memory live on your own computer, not in a shared database. Your AI provider sees what teammates send it, and each app you connect sees what teammates do there; if you add your own Composio key, apps you connect through it pass through Composio. Our support team can open your DeepCrew only while you let them in from your account page, and every visit is logged and shown to you. The privacy policy has the details.
Sealed in a vault on your own DeepCrew computer. The key that opens it is kept sealed on our account server and handed to your computer each time it starts, held only in its memory and never written to its disk. Teammates use your apps without ever seeing the keys.
Not by us. Teammates think with your own Claude or ChatGPT account, so what they send goes to that provider under your account's own data settings.
Not yet. Teammates read and write email through the Gmail or Outlook account you connect, and nothing is sent without your OK. One-tap Gmail and Outlook come during the beta; until then they need your own Composio key or your own Google or Microsoft app.
Not yet: today a DeepCrew belongs to one person. You can share any teammate's setup with a link, and seats for colleagues are planned.
Yes, once the code is public. DeepCrew is licensed under the AGPL-3.0, its code goes public when DeepCrew launches, and it runs with Docker on your own server. The cloud is the same product, with the computer looked after for you and updated when a new version ships.
Your teammates' instructions, memory and reports are plain files, and you can download any of them from DeepCrew. A one-click export of everything isn't built yet: until it is, write to support@deepcrew.so and we'll help you get it. Deleting your account deletes your computer and everything on it.
We haven't set prices yet. Before the beta ends, we'll email you the plans and prices. We don't take payment details during the beta, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Your own computer, your own AI, and teammates who get to work.
